  • Features & Benefits

Beneficiaries of our Microcredit Program engage in trades like sales of recharge cards, soft drinks, food stuff, firewood, kerosene, beans cake and also provide services including laundry, mama put, hairdressing, sewing, photography etc. The unit organizes them into small groups (5-25) and are coached through a mentorship programme to determine their suitability to enroll and benefit from the program which include microcredit, micro-savings, micro-insurance, skills acquisition and group formation. For the Microcredit loans members of beneficiary groups are jointly responsible for ensuring loan repayment, so they are required to give a cross guarantee/commitment for the loan.
